1.  If the product is out of stock at the time the buyer placed the order, they will receive a full refund.
   
   
2.  You should notify us of any incorrect products you get within 48 hours of obtaining them. After that, ibuychemikals will ship the replacement.If you wish to cancel the order, then the entire amount will be refunded.
   
   
3.  You must notify us of any damaged or defective products within 24 hours of receiving them, along with any relevant photos. You will receive a replacement based on your requirements. In the event that stock is unavailable, you may cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.
   
   
4.  In case of 3 failed attempts to deliver the order, the order will be canceled by us, and the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment subject to the bank’s refund guidelines.
   
   
5.  In the event that a product return is properly accepted, the buyer will receive a refund either to the bank account they provided, the method of payment they used to make the purchase, or any pre-paid payment instrument account they may have used. The refund will be the same as the amount the buyer paid when they first accepted the product. 10.  After your return request is approved, the products will RTO ( Return to Origin) and within 3 to 4 bank working days, you will receive your full refund.
