As Ibuychemikals is the e-commerce platform for chemicals, we need to make sure we are delivering chemicals to safe hands. Also, to provide a unified user experience, it is mandatory to register and create an account with us.

As a company who has been delivering chemicals for the past 40+ years and through online services for the past 5 years. We have made sure to validate customer ID number through a government authorized API securely with either Aadhar number, Driving License or PAN No. To step up safety measures and to make sure chemicals are reaching the right hands, furnishing address proof of shipping & billing address is a mandate. In case the shipping address is different from the ID provided, Ibuychemikals may call the customer to verify the reason for shipping address change and the customer should provide a valid ID.

We can assure that it is not a regular case, as we deliver with safe packaging. Unfortunately, in case of damaged products,  we would request evidence of the damage or defect, such as photos or a description and offer a solution based on the situation, such as a refund, replacement, or repair.

We do not sell any collected to third parties on any occasion , whatsoever.All the documents shared will be stored in a safe and protected digital environment for a temporary period of time.

No. We would not provide chemicals to people under 18 years old. In some cases, we might check the purpose for their purchase and in case of genuine reason and background, we can collect the parent’s ID details to provide chemicals to them.

You can fill in the form here to arrange for a product return. While submitting the return request, do include the following information with us.

• Order ID
• Reason for item return
• Photographs that clearly show damage or a missing products in the order
• Any more proof that will assist us in deciding how to handle your request

If an incorrect, broken, defective, or expired product was delivered, it might be replaced. The terms listed below will be in effect.

•     Replacements will depend on the availability of the item with the supplier.
•     The replacement process will begin after the returned product is received by us
•     In case the replacement item is out of stock, your order amount shall be refunded

You can cancel the order a maximum of 24 hours after the order is placed, as long as the material is not shipped by us. To cancel the order, you will need to fill in the form stating the order ID and other details.
After your request, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Please note the refund process will take 3 to 4 bank working days.

Yes. We have a cash on delivery option. Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method for all chemicals in ibuychemikals.com. Cash on Delivery orders can be paid using cash or using ibuychemikals SMS Pay link.This additional payment allows you to pay via cash upon delivery of the chemicals, UPI /Pay via SMS link. We only collect the amount printed on the invoice.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed.
