Cash on Delivery Policy

 As we handle Chemicals, we request you pay cash first and then get the package. COD orders will be confirmed via phone call before processing the order.

1.  Once you receive this link, you will be taken to a page where you can choose to pay via credit/debit card or UPI.
2.  Do not pay to the delivery partner individually via Gpay, Phone pay , etc.
3.  In case of of inconvenience with COD, we recommend opting for online payment on our website while placing the order. You can also email us at [email protected], where you can receive a payment link to pay.

• After posting the successful payment, you'll get a confirmation message. The delivery agent will collect the COD amount once we deliver the shipment to the you.
• We only collect the amount printed on the invoice.Once the customer makes the payment, the delivery agent has to deposit this amount at their office, which we later transfer to our  bank account within a stipulated time of 48 hours.
• Incase of any damage or to return the products received via cash on delivery , you should inform us within 24 hours, so that the refund/ return process can be initiated. For more details regarding our return/ refund refer to our return policy page.
